A new direction
ServiceFM is much more than a facilities management business. They believe where people work matters, that’s why they get personal, to create better workplace environments.
The Challenge
ServiceFM are in the business of creating environments. They can manage and develop any element of a work environment across many sectors.
They came to us for a brand refresh.
They needed a new identity that spoke to their people, that displayed their personality, their values, point of difference and what drives them as a company.
With a focus on growth, their new brand was a part of a larger marketing strategy to expand their offering, secure new business and re-engage clients with their wide range of services.
In a world where the facilities management category takes a one-size-fits-all approach, ServiceFM see themselves as the creators of environments. They believe in personalised services and pride themselves on understanding their clients’ individual needs.
The Solution
Our process began with an in-depth workshop and brand architecture.
As ServiceFM were looking to grow their value proposition and extend their customer base, we encouraged them to review their positioning in the market and importantly to asses their customer’s lifecycle.
This rebrand was about more than some fresh colours and a new tagline.
Growing their business needed to be about understanding their audience, mastering their communication, aligning staff and building a long-term growth strategy aimed at both new and existing customers.
Within the brand architecture, we helped to define ServiceFM’s place in the market, their point of difference and what they offer to their clients (not just the services, but from their brand and their understanding of customers’ needs).
The Results
Following the workshop, and with a new brand purpose, a manifesto and a real understanding of where they are heading as a company, the visuals all came together to support ServiceFM’s new vision and future.
With new brand colours, design elements, capabilities statements, new EDMs, 6 well-defined audience personas and a solid brand purpose, the refreshed ServiceFM visuals reflect their vision, values, and will support their growth into the future.
